At House of Hair Co, we’re committed to creating an intentional, welcoming experience for every guest. To help things run smoothly and ensure your time in the studio is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, we’ve put a few simple policies in place:

Appointment Booking

All appointments must be booked online with a valid credit card to secure your spot. This helps keep the schedule running smoothly and ensures I can provide the best possible service. New here? I recommend starting with a consultation so we can talk through your hair, your goals, and what fits best with your lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy – The 3-Strike Rule


Life happens, and I totally get it. Here’s how I handle missed appointments to keep things fair and respectful for everyone:

Strike 1

No worries at all. Flat tire? Sick kid? Just forgot? It happens—and this one’s on me. You’re still golden.

Strike 2

If it happens again without notice, I’ll kindly ask to keep a card on file before booking your next visit. No charge—just a little extra accountability for both of us.

Strike 3

By the third late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, a rebooking fee will be required. The fee depends on the missed service and helps recover lost time and income.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling so I can offer your spot to someone else. You can easily make changes through your booking confirmation email or by phone.
